Transportation to & from your Hotel and Punta Cana Airport

Your roundtrip transportation between the airport and hotel is provided by Amstar

Upon arrival after clearing immigration and customs, proceed towards the arrival hall and look for the Amstar logo on the electronic monitors. 

Since you have already arranged for your hotel transportation, there is no need to stop with timeshare representatives or vendors offering information and products in the arrival hall. This will help ensure a timely departure to your resort.

 

An Amstar representative (wearing a signature blue-flowered shirt) will greet you and escort you to your transfer vehicle. To confirm your return transfer and for any other assistance, look for your Amstar representative in your hotel during the day.

 

You can also confirm your return transfer by calling Amstar at +1-(809)-221-6626 from 8:30am to 6pm local time. For after-hour emergencies, call Amstar at +1-(829)-904-2330, or contact our 24-Hour Traveler Assistance Center.
